Pros
Very low stress, understanding management, friendly co-workers! supervisor gives days off with ease and no problem, pay was considerably high for the kind of work and well worth it, they were lenient with setting my work hours to fit my needs, great opportunity to make money while balancing life and having time to do as I want and go to school full time on the side
Cons
no job satisfaction in doing minisclue repetitive duties, no benefits, no paid holidays or sick days, no room to climb or grow within the agency, you stay in that position. where you are... Time period for your work is temporary so you never know if they will let you go OR reinstate you after the time period. The only way to become a full time Permanent employee is to apply for a permanent job on the NC website
