Poor - Registered Nurse Ten Broeck Commons Employee Review

Pay is good. Weekend Doubles shift is a great way to only work 2 days a week but get paid for 5! Administration isn’t the best at supporting staff, retaining staff, or hiring new staff. They also are pretty disorganized and lack good community kills. The benefits are so/so. Really the only reason to work here is for the paycheck and the flexible scheduling.

Facility is kept up very well and geared to keep the residents happy.

Lack of communication between departments. Lack of communications from supervisors. Lack of caring for follow employees. It's a healthcare business and the top management runs it as a business instead of caring for its staff. Short staffed so it makes Work Life Balance a bit troubling.
