      Decent salary, international company with chance to travel. Started at 71k for an engineering GT in the USA.

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance, bad system create tedious work, and the mill is miserable.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
