      Pros

      Great job with great benefits, great pay and the bonuses are great. The bonuses based on your previous month's pay is not a fixed number. And the percentage is based on production and other factors. I've seen it as low as 13% and as high as 20%. Of your previous month's earnings. Which is like an extra paycheck a month.

      Cons

      Having to switch from days to nights constantly is the worst thing.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
