      Currently in the GT Program were it allows recent graduates to start off their careers and rotate to different areas.

      Cons

      Bay City location is not ideal (most people commute from sugar land), very Spanish based.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
