They have some of the best pay rates around this area and 100% employer paid health care premiums . Pretty laid back environment decent vacation policy and 2 floating holidays a year over time if you want it
Cons
The mill is very dirty/greasy 12 hour rotating shifts management somewhat disorganized but are improving unrealistic expectations of the amount of work they think should be done in a alloted time
