Pros
- Doctors were nice to work with. - Foods at functions - Leaving
Cons
- Say they will give you more responsibility but don't follow through. So hard to move up unless favorited. - Given a large workload and shamed if you can't keep up, such as being front desk at a busy clinic responding to hundreds of messages whilst expected to provide full attention to patients with all their needs [200 patients a day at times] and to assist doctors with scanning, referrals, tasks, emails etc. - Encourage you to work out of work time just so you're not stressed the next day. - Check your screen time and measure your productivity on stats alone, disregarding in-clinic face-to-face work. - Often workers at other clinics would get you to ask their requests to busy doctors in-clinic, disregarding how this may influence their view on me as the worker, when I didn't feel comfortable interrupting them and putting them behind schedule. - Don't provide support if a patient harasses you, no follow-up or plan in writing. - Small click of people (company culture), you have to like social drinking to be 'accepted'. - LOTS of booking errors due to the system this needs to be on the one ONLY, this causes so many inconsistencies.
