Cases might not always be assigned to you, and you might wait for cases for a while. You can drive quite far to get to patients' houses.
The team here is eager and happy to help and watch you succeed. Management is flexible and accommodating. Felt a strong sense of camaraderie among the sales team. Clinical team is also articulate, well trained, and communicative.

The initial training period could be more thorough and streamlined. It did sometimes feel like a “get thrown in and see if you float” type of deal. Turnover is high in sales so expect to see some people come and go in a small timeframe.
