Pros
No sick days, after 5 years I accrue 0.04 hours of PTO per hour worked so barely any PTO to speak of. Really the only benefit to working here is you will get the opportunity to get OT.
Cons
Barely accurate PTO, no sick days, work in extreme temperatures, dangerous work environments, usually the buildings you're working at don't want to see you or have you in their space at all so you won't be allowed to use their bathroom, get drinking water, or take the elevators to the top you'll have to walk up the stairs with your equipment. Work as hard as your can and get told to do more, and be given endless hoops to jump through by management. Not to mention the management is poorly handled, with a complete focus on corporate and none towards the workers
