Pros
Exceptionally talented colleagues that are very good at what they do. Work was high-pressured but the agency did what they could to ensure a level of work-life balance. Very much sink or swim, but if you did well it opens many doors within a number of inustries.
Cons
work-life balance wasn't always struck, particular clients were known to be bad and so had a high level of turnover. Because standards are so high, promotions are tough to achieve and it can feel that others at other agencies are moving past you.
