Pros

Benefits are okay, The food court is good in the other building and depending on your manager, you're allowed to work from home some.

Cons

The most depressing work environment I've ever been in. I've worked at a lot of different corporations and this one takes the cake in regards to everyone keeping their head down and very little collaboration between departments. No one talks to you unless you are working directly with you. Also, I went through 4 different managers within 3 months. That alone makes working difficult and when I was hired on, they provided me with no work for the first month. I just sat at my desk, asking for work but nothing was given. Consistency is very much lacking. Leadership doesn't seem to care about their employees at any big corporation but it's very true here. You're just a number and can be easily replaced. I was replaced because my hiring manager was willing to train me, but by the time I got to my 4 manager, they weren't as willing. I was already miserable at the corporate office so I was glad to go. If you hate social interaction, leadership that doesn't care about you, and very little benefits, then this place is for you.

Pros

Good work environment, good pay; salary plus production bonus

Cons

Corporate turn over high. Benefits are expensive, glad I get benefits through my spouse, but the offerings were high costs/low coverage.
