I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Tenfold and look forward to coming to work each and every day. The office is filled with bright, determined, and energetic individuals who care about the future of the company. With every startup, there are many ups and downs. What is unique with Tenfold, is when there are downs, the newly appointed executive team truly listens to what every employee has to say before making and then executing the necessary shifts to remedy the issues. The Commercial/MMK sales leader is one of the best managers I have ever worked for. You can really excel in this sales department as the comp plan is set up in a way to really accelerate your earnings. Don't expect an office that is filled with "Google" like office perks. While we do offer weekly catered meals and unlimited coffee and tea, we don't have nap pods, a masseuse, and a fully stocked kitchen. Tenfold wants people who are willing to grind it out and put most of their funding back into the product and growing their market share. I am confident that Tenfold has the leadership in place to take the company to the next level and cannot wait to see what is in store next! If you run the numbers on productivity and reps leaving the office every day to go get their daily cold brews, it may make more sense to install a cold brew tap. Give the reps what they really want!
