      I have a wonderful supply of meaningful work and time flies!

      Cons

      Nepotism, racism and disrespect. Those who are friends working in Management are apt to treat budget as their personal piggie bank. Its worse than nepotism in my opinion.

      I have nothing positive to save about my experience with the state. Other than they taught me what not to do!

      Cons

      I advise you to stay away from state jobs. They will fire you for no reason and nit even disclose why. There is no training, when you are hired they will literally make you drive to Nashville for a 5 min meeting with HR, who has no clue what is going on. You are left to figure everything out and no one knows what is going on. If the State was a business they would have gone out of business a long time ago because of mismanagement. Absolutely the worse job I have ever had. Save your self the trouble and don’t apply
