After 3 months they will come to you and say there is some financial issue and your salary will be delayed this month, You will agree out of sympathy. After 3 months they will start paying you in (EMI ) 3 installment when you say that I have to pay some bank EMI, then he will ask you how much? and then pay the remaing amount of the total EMI. I thought this is only my experience but I was wrong. As I connected with past employees on LinkedIn they all have same experience since 2018, this is there standard operating procedure. The founder is not at all skilled, he is the only issue that this company have, and he will be everlasting issue. Zero sales skill. Not a single vision for the company, no plans for as low as next week. Always looking for short term goal. Both founders are same. All time you spent will be waste of your valuable time in life. NO GROWTH, NO PROMOTION, NO CAREER OPPORTUNITY. Don't join please, if you are not begging in life.
