Pros
Some are still a bit civilized enough for you to talk with.
Cons
Pay is sometimes delayed. The HR people are not as friendly as they seem. Client was at ATOS. Both parties did not do a good job at informing about when your contract ends. Plus, you don't get benefits. Never got access card even until contract ended (1 year), never got medical card either until contract almost ended. Not sure if I had received any reimbursements for clinic visits as they had promised. The system was just very unorganized. No opportunity to grow career-wise. Made us feel like we are replaceable (it's true but that doesn't give them a free ticket to treat us like shizz). They were proud that turnover rate was crazy high and told us we can simply be replced (literally).
