      There are a few good people, but those are not the ones in charge

      Leaders don’t care about your career growth or earnings, they just care about their own pockets and will do anything in their power to help themselves, even at the cost of your potential earnings.

      Pros

      The office environment and culture are second to none. They take "we will have fun" to heart and truly care about their colleagues around them. Best Job I ever had wish I was able to stay longer.

      Cons

      None that I can really think of increase to Base Salary would be good for Recruitment Consultants.
