      - High turnover rate - High workload- not necessarily a con, but be expected to work really hard and be in constant motion - Hostile work environment

      Pros

      Coworkers are the best part. And getting to taste the gelato, of course.

      Cons

      the owner is the literal worst. the company has such a quick turnover rate and it's easy to see why. you have to have really thick skin to be able to work here for longer than two weeks.
