The ugly truth is that TeraGo has fantastic dedicated people who work hard but are undermined consistently and constantly by Sr. Managers who are hell bent on declaring how smart they are while destroying the company piece by agonizing piece. The morale at TeraGo is so low an amoeba would tower over it. The CFO loves the sound of his own voice and lectures people instead of leading them. The CEO enjoys belittling people to stoke his ego while crushing the main reason why TeraGo was successful in the first place - Ingenuity. When people are afraid to speak their minds and challenge the status quo, companies fail...like TeraGo who have laid off close to 50% of their full time staff in a less than 2 years.
