      Pros

      Lots of interesting engineering problems to solve, and there is an overall company direction to get to a more modern approach for software development.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits at lower end of the spectrum. Lots of siloing between different groups that should have been cooperating. Still entrenched in some very old technology.
