Pros
Good company with good compensation and flexibility(Engineering team) Lil hectic work. Good facilities. Work-life balance can be managed (also depends on the team you belong).
Cons
Less hike , need a lot more hardwork to prove yourself s you are between a number of experienced people and that one possible reason for hike. Less opportunities for initiation. Attitude problem with the senior.
