Pros
get exposure and hands on experience on one of the best Data warehousing methodologies and tools. One can join GCC to get a good start in his career but then after that I see people love to swap to other options because of salary and benifits.
Cons
benifits and salary may not be as good as your other class fellows doing similar job. employee retention is something GCC is not really worried about and this will have an effect in coming months
