Benefits below par, More travel then expected. Benefits were my big gripe. Health care premium costs about the same as any big company, but the benefits have a high out of pocket minimum before reimbursement occurs - so no $25 copay - you have to hit the $1000 family out of pocket before anything gets paid. So for a healthy family it costs a lot more then job at other large company.
