Pros
Nothing I think of except the Teradata technology and technical training on TD. Company is not doing well, share rates has fallen drastically in past 1 year and there is lot of internal politics also among management.
Cons
There is long list of worst things that happens, Indian management (especially managed services department) not care for their employees at all. No facilities at all in campus. Long list I don't want to write here anymore.
