Teradek is a great place to learn and grow your career. They are a good starting point as the company allows you try opportunities. The company has had people move from different departments as long as you can prove you are willing to take on the responsibilities and can perform the new task. I don't hear about a lot of companies willing to allow employees to switch careers and invest in their growth. The culture is welcoming and fostering. They do not mico-manage and allow you to take ownership in what you want to accomplish. There is not a lot of red tape and you will definitely feel like you made an impact. The company allows you to speak your mind and respects your opinion. Perks: Weekly car washes and company events, such as beer Fridays, helps you bond with your co workers and discuss other interests outside of work. There is also plenty of snacks and lunch is provided.

The parent company tends to focus on numbers and growth, which fails to look at the contribution an individual made to the company. You will need to speak up to prove your value and accomplishments.
