Pros
Not really much to work for at teradyne. The company is to be in good shape ten years ago but it has gone from a good company to work for to bad.
Cons
Layoffs come very often so no job security. There are job cuts going on as well. Most of their hiring is contracting that way the saved money. I was myself a contractor
