Pros
Excellent coworkers, management and culture. Great place to work, flexible hybrid work and relocation. Profit sharing bonuses have been pretty high last couple years. Company develops high precision and accuracy engineering products, senior engineers are great mentors with over 30+ years of experience. Great place to learn.
Cons
Slow to climb promotion ladder, requires meeting 'years of experience' requirements. Depending on your field, not a lot of opportunity to branch off to other engineering areas, or at least is not clear how to. The expectation is to become a specialist in the area you landed.
