Pros
* A ton of smart people who work there - it was refreshing to not be the smartest person in the room * Revolving Tech Stack - I was able to learn a ton of new things very quickly. * Supports work/life balance - I was given time to take courses at my local community college, get my kids off to school, attend performances, etc without push back. * Remote first - believed that remote work was great for work life balance * Sincerely concerned with the well being of its employees.
Cons
* Crossing over to a larger company has been hard; organization at scale is lacking. * Difficulty with resource allocation; sometimes you feel understaffed and other times you might be sitting on your hands. * Lack of clear upward mobility. * Moving projects sometimes prohibits cohesion from developing between coworkers. * Lack of mentoring opportunities
