Negative Experience - Anonymous employee Terez Employee Review

Lack of support, structure, processes, and unable to set employees up for growth and success. Unrealistic workload expectations, poor work/life balance, and impossibly fast-paced. Employees are spread far too thin and are constantly overloaded with more work than they can handle. Management is okay with their employees working at all hours outside 9-6. This is not the place to work if you don't like to be over worked, exhausted, and stressed majority of the time.
