Pros
Good tech on the construction materials service line and a strong safety mind overall with safety buy-in from the top down. Generally, good people to work with a strong willingness to help people succeed. Environmental and Geotechnical service lines have a strong mentorship program to help a person grow in their role and advance. Materials service line has great opportunities to advance from a technician to a project manager, especially if you are willing to move.
Cons
The only concern of the new middle and upper management is how the numbers look on paper today and not what is coming down the line. Upper management seems to micro-manage timesheets and consulting fee goals.
