The metrics they have come up with make it very hard to accrue "billable" time to receive a bonus. You are expected to work extra, but rarely will you get the bonus or overtime you deserve. Other departments will over work their field crew to the point of exhaustion, but yet the company brags about their safety program. They will literally tell you to drink water to prevent heat exhaustion, then send crews out in the sun 10+ hours day after day. I worked with managers that treated me with zero respect. When I reported it to HR, I was ignored and it was never addressed again.
There was no chance for upward mobility and my annual pay increase was less than 10%.
