Pros
It’s a steady 40 hour a week job and fellow colleagues and engineers are nice on the whole.
Cons
Very dirty environment with harmful fibreglass particles everywhere. Safety procedures are minimal and the PPE is patched up rather than replaced. Most of the operators are on minimum wage and are worked like slaves having to hit targets with no reward. There used to be overtime but that has gone now. Engineers are also severely over worked. Management is awful and offers no compassion to employees
