Flexible Hours while focused on mission accomplishment

Too small to much upward progress

Relatively not micro-managed. Contract position was conducive to family.

-As with all contract positions, contracting company had little control of daily operations. -As with all contract positions, little/no opportunity for advancement. -Interface with Tesla was mostly not there.
