Pros

Good company culture. People are nice. Has great perks (unlimited time off and sick days where you don't have to feel bad for taking it, phone bill reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, $1000 to set up your home office). The company is fully distributed with employees working from all parts of the world.

Cons

Little room for growth. Teams are siloed. Everyone focused on their own work, so there's little feedback.

Pros

- competitive pay. I would even venture to say great earning potential bc of average deal size and how large the appetite is for collections software right now - really cool, down to earth team members who take the job seriously but don’t take themselves too seriously. - United revenue org, experienced but approachable sales leaders - product people love (see G2) and have great feedback on

Cons

Wish we could hang out more!! But remote life is the best so conferences and company retreats will just have to be more often!

Pros

Pretty tough to muster any

Cons

CEO is an absolute crook and will lie to your face about anything and everything. The guy is so infatuated with the idea of being a CEO and building a SaaS company that he forgot it might be helpful to actually build a product at some point in the process. I directly observed him blatantly lie to prospects, customers, partners, and investors about what the products were able to do. He's a complete gaslighter who hired multiple people under the premise that they would each become the Head of a department a few months after joining, and then told them each they must have been mistaken after the fact. The type of guy who loves to say, "we're really saying the same thing here," when you absolutely are not. Wouldn't trust him as far as you can throw him. Tech is awful and insanely buggy. CTO has been in over his head since two "pivots" ago. Has no idea at all how to run an engineering org and develop product for enterprises. The company isn't going anywhere, can't actually deliver product to customers, and will be a waste of time for anyone talented who goes there. Comp is also not particularly competitive these days.
