I joined tesseract at the right time When I got good opportunities to use my skill which got good exposure and execution. Good exposure to technology and chance to experience amazing gadgets. Amazing Colleagues to work with. Great minds come together here.
Cons
Very tight deadlines for tasks and projects. Managers micromanage and ask for every hour's update. Recruiters make false promises for hiring new employees. A lot of feedback is taken by management but none is utilized. No process for projects. A lot of tasks are Redone multiple times. Not a JIO company. Irregular Increments, so if you are joining, Get a better packaging in the beginning itself. With a Good package comes great humiliation in this company. No matter how many years of experience you have. you will be illtreated.
