Pros

There is no pros of working at Test Base

Cons

1. The organisation doesn't have values, proper processes and policies in place, they will just say policies applicable to everyone in the company and everyone is treated equally, but they will change the policies and practices according to the person, for instance they say employees should not take more than 3 weeks holidays and go on a vacation but the team managers will go on vacation for 5 weeks continuously. And they make people beleive that everyone in the organisation are treated equally. 2. They say that all the employees should maintain confidentiality at all times, but the senior managers will take the office laptops to home for their husbands to learn matlab with the subscription plan that has been taken for office purpose. This is how they ensure confidentiality is in place. They don't stop at this extent, they also tend to steal the information of the clients on how they have written test cases and so on and the list goes. 3. They shamelessly ask the employees to work overtime with no benefits and not considering the personal life of employees, if any body refuse to do so, they will make them feel weak by saying they are not passionate towards work. 4. Their contracts and agreements are to threaten employees to be with them, people are sticking to this organisation only because of their visa sponsorship benefit. 5. Director asks the employees to obeys their managers orders even though it embraces toxic culture. Managers are the crucial points here to give a horrible experience in test Base, where they don't even have self decision making capability, they just nod to whatever director says and this company has a fondful habit of changing the teams over night, typically it's like if they are bored they will shuffle the teams, they make banana buyers as directors of the organization! 6. If you are wife of a JLR employee, you have job guaranteed at test Base Solutions! 7. Managers are embraced to behave school PET teacher rather than to behave like leaders, they will ask whats the meaning leadership. They think that being like PET teacher is how leadership works. 8. Interview process are horrible at this organisation, usually interview works like if the interviewe has not prepared well for the interview, they will either reject the candidate or they will give another chance to them if they actually have the potential, where in Test Base the interviewer will scold the interviewe and make them feel dumb which out of their scope in an interview. 9. And when at test Base you should not think that you have a personal life outside work, the Managers try to take ownership of you and make you feel weak and let you think like you owe your life for them ( managers are specialised in this) 10. Some senior managers ( systems team) wants all the credits and till date no leader has evolved from this team, wants everybody under her and takes all the credits with 0% actual knowledge of what they are working on. This situation actually will only exist in test Base where people will serve as managers having zero knowledge about what they are working on, that's why they are working as PET teachers just report the happenings to the director. 11. And finally they will ask what is the meaning of diversity and inclusion they will only hire tamil people and wantedly rejecting the other state people or British people just because they are not tamilians which is actually against the equality law in the UK.
