Pros

Both the owner and CEO is actively involved in operations. The management team fosters a highly collaborative atmosphere and is readily accessible to staff members. We have a dedicated and capable group of team members, contributing to a quiet and highly productive work environment.

Cons

Smaller, family-owned company can be limiting in terms benefits.

Worked there 30 days, worst experience EVER.

Cons

Required to travel for training but you’re not fully reimbursed. They start your employment before a holiday but don’t pay employees for the holidays for the first 30 days. They have no clue of what TRAINING looks like! Employees smoking weed and drinking onsite or sleeping in stock room cause they’re homeless. No cleaning company, employees responsible for mopping,cleaning toilets. vacuuming . Bad plumbing constant gnats and flies. No air conditioning in area they expect people to work but TED management and HR could care less. Comprised of people who have held the same position for 20 years therefore only have antiquated ways.Many State of California employment laws violations.Extremely toxic and retaliatory! If you’re a professional this isn’t the place for you! Understand the entire company is toxic but especially Inside Sales. The person who supervises the department stated “you can’t call people ‘n’ word do you not know about the civil war”. Racially insensitive,hostile, retaliatory and deceptive.

The employee did not fully familiarize themselves with company policies, including the expense reimbursement policy. An exception was made in this case, and we reimbursed all incurred expenses. New employees are asked to indicate their preferred start date, and we do our best to accommodate these requests. Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday policies are included in the new employee orientation and are provided to all staff members. The training provided was specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of this employee. Many of the concerns raised were not communicated to management prior to this review. When matters are brought to the attention of management, we strive to respond appropriately and conduct investigations as needed. Our workforce is diverse, encompassing a range of ages, ethnicities, and length of tenure. We are committed to maintaining a safe and positive work environment where all employees feel valued.
