6% 401k match dollar for dollar with an extra 3.5% with no additional contribution. 4 weeks base PTO
Cons
The pay isn't worth the high amount of work, the benefits aren't worth it. The expectation is that you're working at all times unless you're outside of the country. Even when you take PTO, you're expected to get all your tasks done while you're off work. They don't even pay us a respectable salary to be working so many hours.
