Pros
It’s a cool facility, a lot of good staff working with the animals, and the animals are amazing and fascinating
Cons
Leadership team is incompetent and have caused high levels of turnovers amongst the animal staff , supervisors, and even some of the veterinarians. In addition most of the leadership team and most of the research scientists know extremely little about the animals they manage. Animal care standards tend to be low and not improving quickly . Most areas are in credibly low staffed and in some areas the most senior staff has only worked with animals a couple months.
