A great company with poor management - Accounts Payable Specialist Texas Roadhouse Employee Review

Management is awful! They micromanage and tell you they want your opinion but they just shut you down when you try and say something they don’t like. It’s the worst management I have ever worked for. They are driving that department into the ground. They push you down until you feel worthless. I would never work in that department again.
