Pros

30% off your meal. that's the only pro. this is waiting tables, and there's no pros beyond that

Cons

threatening to have your job reduced bc you didn't hit their precious numbers. doesn't matter if you show up every day, bust your butt, have zero complaints from tables, if you don't hit their precious "blast goals" you will be threatened to get a "bad section". they don't allow visible tattoos even though it's 2025 and it's estimated over 70% of people have tattoos. so that means they want you to cover it with a bandaid so you can look like a true weirdo that has sores all over themselves. they want to focus on line dancing and not taking care of their employees. they don't care if your table tops you, so they don't enforce a gratuity for large parties. so when you have a $300 check and they leave you $15, your manager will say "oh well.... but get your blast goals up" 🙄 this restaurant will let you throw peanut shells on their floor, but God forbid you have a visible tattoo. you can be a cop, a doctor, literally most other professions, but how dare you try to serve steaks with a tattoo! these people are focused on the wrong things. they do not give two hoots about you, just as long as you sell enough onions and mushrooms for their steaks.

Lacks flexibility to keep good employees. Great company on the corporate level while on the store level, management does not provide a lot of support.
