The lack of willingness for leadership to address foundational problems has led to a complete degradation of workplace culture. Leaders are chosen based on an ability to bring in money, not manage or develop staff. Several leaders display toxic, retaliatory behavior with no recourse. HR will not address issues of toxicity, bullying, retaliation.
