Pros

In only a few words, when I first began, the work was awesome. We helped people with Disabilities find employment. It has changed tremendously, and the micro-managing has gotten worse. I used to love coming to work, and it slowly became difficult. The high turnover does not make it healthy either. The push for a high Goal number is stressful

Cons

Micro-Management Need to meet your Goal, or have consequences Not enough time for actual counseling 90% of time is documentation
