Pros

1. able to work from home most days 2. insurance is not bad 3. everyone at a lower level (even some in management) despises leadership, so you'll have that solidarity 4. pay isn't horrible 5. you don't actually have to do work to get paid unless you're a DPA

Cons

1. the favoritism! mostly everyone in higher positions have been there since the beginning of time and have an unbreakable bond. this means they can get away with whatever they want whenever they want. they openly claim there is no favoritism even when you share exact examples. this favoritism also meant that people who don't know how to do their job or even refuse to do their job never get reprimanded or coached. this is because they are all "friends" and some are literally family. I think it's a conflict of interest if people in management are related to one another, but hey, everything here seems kind of shady. 2. the gossip! oh, these people absolutely live for the news of what everyone else is doing. there is more gossiping about each other here then actual working. no one is your friend and everyone will immediately turn on you if you disagree with them once. 3. the CEO doesn't actually seem to care about this company. you can bring problems to their attention, but nothing is ever addressed. this is probably because they are also running another company that gets more attention and doesn't actually want to do anything for Texas811 anymore. 4. DPAs face unfairness from every direction. i mean, the whole contact center is basically a high school, full of cliques and mean girls. this just adds ever more to what a DPA has to deal with. they do the majority of the work and what is their reward? they're most likely going to be replaced with AI. 5. the leaders. everyone in a higher level is so far removed from everything they have no idea how to run a company. the leaders under them? even worse. since most of them have never had another job (texas811 being their first and only job), they have no experience or new ideas to bring to the table. if leadership talked to any employee, they'd hear just how bad this place actually is. but if you bring any of this to a leader's attention, you're automatically labelled a problem and it sucks. 6. there is no culture here and there never will be. no one wants to be in the office, everyone wants to complain, it'll just never be a good environment. the CPO doesn't even seem bothered with assisting in the morale of the company as most don't even know who they are. this person is more focused on psychoanalyzing everyone and hosting personality tests than lifting up the people of the company. overall, you're constantly told that a better future is on the horizon. at least, that's what I heard consistently for the past 3 years. yet there was never any actual change, just talk about it.

Pros

Hours -communication is always available when needed.

Keep adding more work and not enough training. Then get upset as to why the work isn’t being done properly.
