Pros
Great benefits and regular hours. I noticed some previous posters knocking the company for giving promotions only to friends and family, but this really isn't true. Some people have gotten promoted in as early as 6 months, without knowing anyone prior. If you are careful with your work and show up on time every day, while also expressing interest in other departments (while taking the initiative to prepare yourself for your desired role), there is no reason you wouldn't be in line for a promotion. Some people stick around a while and just assume they're in line for a promotion while they've actually done nothing to try to develop themselves, and/or have no concept of posturing, which necessary in any workplace on the planet. They treat their employees well, and they invest a very sizeable amount in training and coaching. The reason most people get fired is for calling in too much or tardiness. These things are not too much to ask, as they wind up unfairly burdening your fellow agents with what should be one's own workload. The work can be challenging, but it is far from rocket science. Show up, pay attention, care about your work, and you can go far.
Cons
It can be a long time to sit at a computer. Also, as some have mentioned, rules seem to change like seasons. Some stability in expectations would be beneficial.
