Though Text IQ is growing rapidly, particularly following our recent Series A funding, the company manages to maintain a close-knit start-up environment that allows for real cohesion of the team, which is particularly impressive considering that we have team members spread out over four offices in three different countries! Whereas some tech companies have reputations for internal cutthroat competition, Text IQ's team members are compelled to perform at their highest levels not to one up anyone, but rather to bolster everyone and contribute to our collective success. Working in a culture where you know everyone has your back is certainly reassuring and also seems to spark greater productivity, as everyone is motivated to do their part and go above and beyond with the aim of propelling Text IQ to the next level. In a still small company, it is difficult to fly under the radar.
