Poor Team culture and lack of leadership skills
Worst team ever, very cliquey, bullying culture of isolating the new and not mentoring new members properly, indeed if the manager was off she would get slagged off by them all left, right and centre and also made out she always had it easy hitting "impossible" targets because she was on boarding hot leads who had come to Text local first expressing their interest
Lack or care and promoting no physical/mental wellbeing or whatsover, Sue in charge of HR treating new members like numbers and completely lacking of HR business acumen and intrapersonal skills, whilst in my time there I've seen a person leaving the job after 3 weeks he started and another one been sacked on the spot
Job i was given was to nurture and expand partnership with major software/It distributors, little i was told at the interview that it was a complete cold desk with ZERO leads as a start up business with no major partnerships when I was told it was a split of existing and new accounts
Worst day to day job ever split between LinkedIn and making 70 cold calls a day getting the phone slammed at whereas the so called "team members" were making none but only nurturing their existing acquisitions, no team huddles nor motivational coaching by the so called team leader, completely left to your own device from the very start
Marketing Team was a shambles, no vision no clear picture of what the business required and had no clue of how to support sales team
