      Has good opportunity if you want to move around

      Not very competitive salary wise, office culture is stuck in old fashion ways, no room for growth. Upper management are sorta jerks.

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
