      Pros

      They have good benefits and it's close to home.

      Cons

      The small group of great welders they have do not get paid well. They advertise the top out pay is 34.40 but no one is getting that. That's why they're losing welders.

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
