      Pros

      Benefits were outstanding especially the health insurance option with a 0 deductible.

      Cons

      Unstable, see an employee get hired one day and literally the next day they are let go because there is enough work for them to do. They replaced most of the office professionals with inters so they could pay them less.

      Pros

      Textron GSE is an awesome place to kickstart your career. It's still a growing company, so there are opportunities for growth as well. The company itself is very family-oriented, and they treated me like another employee instead of just a mere intern, which I admired.

      Cons

      The projects I was given were a little bit unorganized due to them not having many Supply Chain Interns in the past, but they still tried to give me work that made me feel like I contributed to the company, so I appreciate that.
