      Pros

      Steady work, cheap benefits, great for beginners and great place to learn. Great tools, opportunities for building your career. Time off and holidays

      Cons

      Over managed, pay could be better, hard to move up if you’re a really good welder, they want to keep you in a position to work instead of a position to lead and help the lots of not so skilled workers, lots of repair due to large number of under qualified welders and fitters
